Fresno

Our Fresno location serves as our Spices Ingredient Excellence Center and is home to many of our functional teams. Here, we continuously drive innovation in Spices for our customers, creating innovative custom product solutions and optimizing our natural and sustainable ingredients.

Chicago

Our Chicago location is home to our North American Customer Solutions Center. Home to our state-of-the-art lab, our in-house chefs and food scientists have an abundance of resources at their fingertips to create flavorful blends with our ingredients of cocoa, coffee, dairy, nuts, and spices.

Oxnard

ofi’s Olde Thompson site in Oxnard serves as a spice production and distribution center. Delivering high-quality spices for over 75 years, Olde Thompson is a leading manufacturer of private label and branded spices which can be seen on grocery store shelves across the US.

Las Cruces

Our Las Cruces manufacturing facility spans 22 acres. Manufacturing a variety of dried spice ingredients including paprika, jalapeno powder and Anaheim chiles, Las Cruces is dedicated to producing and packaging high quality ingredients, enjoyed by consumers both locally and globally.

Hughson

Hughson, California is home to manufacturing sites across 3 different locations: Leedom, Verduga, and Livingston. Leedom and Verduga package processed nuts into sizes ranging from 1 pound to 2,000. In fact, Hughson Nut is one of the top almond processors in the state of California.

Bolingbrook

As ofi’s only cocoa facility in the United States, Bolingbrook produces and packages cocoa powder.

Firebaugh

Providing jobs to roughly 320 employees, our Firebaugh location dries onions and parsley as well as conducting both toasting and blending operations. Due to the scarcity of water in California, Firebaugh implements a closed loop water system where 90% of water is returned to the aquifer daily.

Hanford

Our Hanford location, located in the San Joaquin Valley in California, is the largest vertically integrated processor of garlic and dried onion in the world. Serving as a major global producer of dehydrated garlic, 25 million pounds of garlic are delivered to Hanford annually.

Boardman

Employing roughly 150 individuals in peak season, our Boardman Plant serves as one of our spices manufacturing locations, offering an expansive portfolio of dry spices and seasonings.

Smithville

Providing jobs to roughly 80 employees, our Smithville location serves as a peanut shelling plant.

Phoenix

Our new Phoenix location serves as a Roasted Nut Facility supplying Retail private label customers.
