About the Role:
This internship will provide an opportunity to support Human Resources (HR) data and technology for the North America (NA) region, while gaining hands-on experience with the analytical side of workforce and talent management. The NA HR Technology Intern will be an imbedded member of the team driving HR system upgrades and implementation, playing an active role in change planning, process documentation, user acceptance testing, and end-user training. The role will also assist with project management, compliance reporting and audit preparations, and continuous improvement of both user experience and technology performance.
The ideal candidate brings strong analytical skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a savviness for using data to inform insights and narratives. They should be comfortable with technical information, collaborating across teams, and self-managing concurrent work-tasks. Finally, they should have a strong interest in workforce data documentation and analysis, process improvement, and human capital management.

The pay for this role in Fresno, CA is $22-32/hr and is based on the candidate’s experience, position responsibilities, and geographic location.
Interns whose permanent addresses more than 35 miles from the work location are eligible for a stipend to offset relocation and housing costs
