Position Summary
Reporting to the Assistant Farmer Stock Procurement Manager, the Farmer Stock Logistics 
Coordinator will be responsible for serving as a point of contact for all matters related to 
Farmers Stock at the chosen facility. This role requires interacting with internal members of 
the regrade team as well as external members such as truck drivers for customers. 
Position Responsibilities
• Build relationships with Buying Point managers and assist with trucking and 
movement of farmer’s stock as needed.
• Coordinate hull movement to various customers.
• Maintain and clean all Farmers Stock Warehouses on site.
• Attend industry meetings concerning but not limited to Food Safety, County 
Production meeting through UGA, Seed and Production meetings.
• Manages the Farmers Stock Regrade team. 
• Collaborates with other Farmer Stock team members to carry out the harvest 
segregation plan to ensure adequate supply of peanuts for the plant 
• Maintains load out equipment (Belts, Loaders, and Elevators for the location)
• Assist Plant Management with grounds upkeep (yard leveling, brush mowing and 
spraying)
• Maintain belt and bearing inventory for the plant.
• Maintain cleaning supplies inventory for the plant.
• Follows all Olam Peanut Shelling Company Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), 
Preventive Control Rules, and Occupational Safety Rules.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
Position Requirements 
• High School Diploma or GED is required, college coursework and degree are 
preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are required.
• Proven history and background in Customer Service, freight and/or logistics is 
required.
• Familiarity with the peanuts or the food industry is strongly preferred. 
• Ability to multitask and pay close attention to details is required. 
• Strong understanding and ability with computer systems and applications including 
Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc. is required.
