Position Summary:

 

Reporting to the Senior Director, Talent Acquisition – NA, the TA Business Partner will be a strategic advisor to the business and partner in developing and utilizing the latest approaches to identifying, attracting and onboarding our future talent.   This position will have shared responsibility for the full life cycle of recruiting across the country and at multiple organizational levels, along with managing the operations that enable us to more effectively attract and recruit talent to meet the future needs of the business.  This position will interact closely with hiring managers inclusive of executives, internal and external candidates, and when needed, external recruiters.  This role will also partner closely with various stakeholders to ensure our technology and other talent acquisition administration enables a streamlined process.

 

Recruiting Responsibilities:

 

  • Execute local and national recruiting projects, leveraging traditional sourcing strategies and resources while continuously developing new and creative recruiting ideas.
  • Act as a true business partner by developing and growing relationships between hiring managers, executives, and outside resources.
  • Lead, develop and implement comprehensive sourcing strategies for each role to ensure ofi attracts the best talent. This includes leveraging multiple recruiting sources and techniques to idneityfy and engage both active and passive candidates.
  • Assist with campus recruiting campaigns, including conducting research and establishing relationships with colleges and universities.
  • Oversee and manage the full lifce-cycle recruitment process through the use of technology and driving the simplification and harmonization for salaried and hourly recruitment across ofi.
  • Lead with strong project and change management expertise, engaging cross-functional teams in the design and delivery of technology enabled process execution.
  • Establish change management plans to facilitate faster adoption to changes in process, policies, and practices, including key stakeholder management and alignment.
  • Design and enhance process to create a positive overall candidate experience that attracts and converts more qualified candidates.
  • Assist with Social Media recruitment and talent marketing plan development and execution, leveraging the Recruitment Marketing capabilities.
  • Assist with the deployment of ofi’s employee value proposition through the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and the development of recruitment marketing campaigns that support critical talent pools. 
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

 

Requirements:

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field is required.
  • Five (5) years of talent acquisition experience or directly adjacent field is required.
  • Experience should include working for a recruitment agency and/or in-house-corporate experience.
  • Knowledge and prior experience developing and deploying Human Resources policies and practices in support of Talent Acquisition Function.
  • Experience utilizing technology (Jobvite or ADP) to drive simplified and streamlined recruitment processes.
  • Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing work environment.
  • Have a track record of personal responsibility, strong work ethic, integrity, and high attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively to small and large groups and the ability to interact with all levels of leadership is required.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and appropriately handle sensitive information with tact and discretion is required.
