Position Summary
Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, the Customer Service Administrator will work with Operations/Quality to schedule production to both meet customer specified ship date and insure maximum operations efficiency.
Position Responsibilities
- Calculate required production and testing time needed to complete scheduled production.
- Responsible for coordinating customer service activities of establishment to service customer contracts and orders.
- Generate SAP process order for each customer’s production.
- Maintains Finished Goods stock inventory in Cold Storage for shipment against contracts.
- Maintains Customer Service Files.
- Assist with handling all responsibilities of Customer Service Manager.
- Representative for all customer product requests.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Position Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (BA) from four-year college or university preferred; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Strong motivational and customer service skills
- Strong mathematical proficiency; excellent PC skills including Microsoft.
- Ability to work in teams and collaborate effectively with people in different functions.
