Job description: 
  • Follow GMP's and safety guidelines. 
  • Updating inventory counts and maintaining inventory records to share with management and other stakeholders in the business 
  • Monitors and maintains current inventory levels; tracks orders and investigates problems. 
  • Maintains database, performs physical count of inventory, and reconciles actual stock count to computer-generated reports. Daily cycle counts to insure accurate inventory levels. 
  • Notify Inventory Manager with shortages and inconsistencies. 
  • Operate equipment according to training provided. 
  • Maintain a safety while using equipment and tools. 
  • Cooperate with peers, managers, and operations personnel and act as a liaison. 
  • between other employees and departments when it comes to physical inventory. 
  • or parts and supplies. 
  • Provides ERP system support to cross functional team members. 
  • Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned. 
 
Position Requirements: 
  • High School Diploma or GED preferred
  • Preferred food manufacturing environment
  • Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) experience preferred
  • Ability to work with positive attitude in a high stress environment
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Bilingual - English/Spanish preferred
  • Must be able to work in a team environment.
  • Must have good written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong Computer skills including Outlook, Word, and Excel. 
  • Organizational skills.
