Position Summary
Reporting to the Head of Sales, we are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Sales Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will act as a bridge between our customer service representatives and sales team, providing crucial support and assistance throughout the sales process. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
Position Responsibilities
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by serving as a primary point of contact for sales-related inquiries, addressing their needs promptly and professionally.
  • Pre-Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotes. Assist with lead qualification, lead nurturing, and maintaining the sales pipeline.
  • Post-Sales Support: Coordinate with the customer service team to address post-sales inquiries. Facilitate customer issue resolution and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Sales Reporting and Analysis: Generate sales reports, analyze data, and provide insights to sales managers and team members. Identify trends, opportunities, and potential areas for improvement.
  • Sales Administration: Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales documentation, including customer records, contracts, pricing lists, and product information. Assist in maintaining CRM systems and databases.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the company's products and services to effectively communicate features, benefits, and technical specifications to customers.
  • Collaboration: Foster effective communication and collaboration between the customer service and sales teams, acting as a liaison to ensure a seamless customer experience and efficient sales process.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Position Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree is required. Candidates with two (2) years prior sales and account management will be considered in lieu of degree.
  • Strong customer service orientation with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and building long-term relationships.
  • Proven experience in a sales support, customer service, or related role is preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify issues, propose solutions, and make sound decisions.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and across different departments.
  • Proficiency in using Salesforce, Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel and PowerPoint), and other sales-related tools is desirable.
  • Excellent Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal Skills, with the ability to build and foster trusting relationships across geographies is required.
  • Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities, with keen attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Basic understanding of sales principles and processes, including lead generation, prospecting, and customer relationship management.
  • Bilingual, English and Spanish, is preferred
