Position Summary  
The Formulation Clerk is responsible for accurately pulling reports from SAP, formatting into excel spreadsheets to be utilized by the Formulator.  The Formulation Clerk will put together process orders, allocate formulations, ensure that TO’s and TR’s are generated along with IBD’s.  The Formulation Clerk must be able to handle multiple tasks at the same time to make sure reports, process order entry and allocation are done correctly.  
Position Responsibilities 
  • Provide administrative, technical, and/or specialized support on-time production and shipping of customer orders
  • Perform complex, non-repetitive work assignments that may require advanced skills
  • Support multiple areas, including production, operation support and warehouse
  • Accurate data entry
  • Learn how to formulate finished good product
  • Assist Formulator with allocations, confirming TO’s/TR’s and generating IBD’s.
  • Assembling and verifying allocation is accurate against formulation sheet.
  • Learn to formulate finished goods to cost and balance inventory during the formulation process. 
Position Requirements  
  • Experience running reports
  • Experience in SAP
  • 3+ years’ experience in customer service with order processing, research and development, food manufacturing, business planning and/or data analysis.
  • Ability to use sound judgment in making decisions that affect customer orders and other departments within the plant
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
  • Must be a self-starter, able to complete work accurately with minimal supervision
  • Excellent interpersonal & teamwork skills with ability to relate effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Ability to achieve multiple objectives in an environment of changing priorities, high pressure, and fast pace
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to learn new software
  • Ensures food safety and quality of our products
